Alberta wedding photographer Ampersand Grey hit the road to Castor Alberta for this wedding of Andrea and Jamie. On Jamie’s family farm, the country chic vibe was all around us (and so was the haze from the summer’s forest fires). Under the arbor that his father built, Jamie and Andrea became the newest couple in this loved community.
Being a part of this day was an honour. Walking the land where their future home might be was also a really special moment and great place for relaxed and candid photos for the two of them. Venturing around the town and into some friends wheat fields for photos it was a true small town affair. Onto the party at the community hall the dance party went late into the night with the perfect sparkler exit. The dance floor was packed the entire night and laughed my face off, submerging myself into the energy on the floor.
