Christa + Andrew - enchanting garden wedding - Edmonton Wedding photographer

Christa & Andrew are two of the nicest, sweetest, thoughtful people you’ll ever meet. After hanging out with them on their engagement session and a few meetings since then, I was just smitten. Their wedding day was no different. Christa handed me a box on the morning of her wedding and she had one for Donna too. She got us each gifts to thank us for being there, it warmed my heart and nearly made me cry. That was until she passed me the corsage she made by hand, the same corsage her entire family was wearing–I was a goner. Never have I felt so much a part of a day than theirs. And all this before the hair and make-up were even done.

The ceremony and reception was out at Prairie Gardens. After making the last minute call to bring the day indoors because of the looming rain, Andrew and Christa took it in stride. All they wanted was to be married. And in front of their closest family and friends they did just that in the greenhouse as a back up. The staff and their planner Christian worked really hard to make the space awesome. I think you’ll agree that they could have been married in a hut and still reflected the same love upon one another.
