“This was the first day of of my life.”
They met by chance in what they thought was going to be a great career/networking event. They talked that day and although Adam had his sights set early, Sarah thought she was gaining a friend, one with some tech savvy to boot. Bonus. She asked him a few questions about cameras then movies, each sharing their list of favourites with the other. They decided a DVD swap was in order considering neither of them had seen the other’s. When Adam showed up at Sarah’s house with his picks, he mentioned she might need a little help in understanding his top pick so he could stay and guide her though the movie, if she’d like. pretty slick move. To this day Adam says that was date number 1. Sarah still thinks they were just friends.
Sharing this day with Adam and Sarah was a true honour. These two are gifts from god to each other. Smart, gorgeous, successful and funny; they complement each other perfectly and make the dreamiest couple. I have met people meant for each other before, these two go in that book, filed right on the top.
One of my favourite parts of the day for me is the reaction after the kiss – this is that first moment you are husband and wife in my books.
Adam and Sarah had a true do-it-yourself wedding. They designed the invites and programs with inspiration from their wedding website & Adam’s mom made the cake. The only had 2 hrs before the event to set up so they had so many friends helping to make this all happen. The amphitheatre looked amazing.
From the bottom of my heart, thank-you guys. You are the best “first” bride and groom a girl could ever ask for.
