my one true love - Elisa and AJ Edmonton Wedding photography

I’ve witnessed a lot of love adventures – in many fragmented segments of their stories entirety. Often times I wish I was able to set my PVR to the series recording of some of them so I could tune in every week. This is for sure one of those times. I would choose the Elisa and AJ show over Parenthood, Grey’s Anatomy or The Voice (don’t judge) in a heartbeat, it’s just that good. I’m so honoured that Elisa saw past my nerdy self that night last year when we met on Skype. I’m also even more glad that she too is just as nerdy as me way nerdier. When we finalized plans for their engagement session in San Francisco I sent her an email later that same night like a high school girl giddy with excitement filled with OH MY GOSH’S and exclamation points, she replied with the same excitement and said she wanted to email me too, but thought she’d wait 3 days to play it cool. I’ve never been good at playing anything cool.

There’s nothing cool about my excitement about these two – I JUST LOVE THEM TO BITS! AJ is the consummate gentleman but knows how to have fun too. So much fun. He has Elisa’s back like no other – they are a perfect match. Their wedding was filled with sentimental moments and thoughtful charm. Their love story was present in every detail.

August 18th couldn’t come fast enough this year – I love you guys so much. I wish for you all the happiness and love in the world and know that you’ll always have a ‘fan’ of your love story in me. Thank you for trusting in me and not going with that other starbucks photographer with the douchebag shoes.
